1. How much are Delivery Costs?

We are delighted to be able to offer FREE delivery (Regular Shipping) on all our orders. This means the shipping cost is included in the price shown to you on the Website. However, if you choose to opt for the faster delivery option, the extra shipping charges are added which are shown on every product detail page. The faster delivery price may vary for different products.

2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your order is generally delivered on a working day. We try to provide an estimated date of delivery of your order on each product page. These estimates are general guidelines and we try to deliver the products within the time frame but in certain cases out of our control, there may be a delay in delivering your orders.

If you have pre-ordered an item before the release of the book, we will keep you posted about your order and will let you know as soon as we ship out the item to you. In most of the cases the pre-ordered items are shipped out on or after the release date of the book.

3. Will my order have tracking information?

Yes, every order that we ship out will have tracking information. As soon as your order is shipped out they are marked shipped on our Website. This information will be made available in my account section of the Website for each order you have placed with us. Further, we will also send an email with the tracking information to your registered email id.

4. How do I change the delivery address of my order?

Providing your order hasn't already shipped, please email us at and ensure you include your order number and the new delivery address including:

  • Full name
  • Address line 1
  • Address line 2
  • Town/City
  • County/State/Region
  • Postcode/Zip Country

Please note that we will not be able to change the destination country while updating your shipping address. Also, we will not be able to take any address change requests if your order has already shipped.

5. What should I do if I've received an item that I did not order?

It is highly unlikely, but should you receive any items that you did not order, please email us at giving details of the item you received, including:

  • Your order number.
  • Name of the item you expected to receive.
  • The 13-digit ISBN from the back of the item you received.

A customer service specialist will get in touch with you over email and will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

6. What should I do if I've received a damaged item?

Should you receive any items that prove to be damaged, please email us at giving details of the item you received, including:

  • Your order number.
  • The 13-digit ISBN from the back of the damaged item you received.
  • A description of the damage.
  • Photograph of the damaged product.

A customer service specialist will get in touch with you over email and will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

7. I received a book with a different cover image than what is shown on the website?

Cover page images shown on the Website are for guidance purposes only. There might be a change in the cover page of the item from the Website and what you actually receive since the publisher has made those changes. However, we will make sure that the received book (ISBN) is exactly the same as you have ordered.

8. Can you offer a specific day for when delivery will be made?

Unfortunately, this is not feasible as of now since we use third-party shipping companies to deliver your orders.

9. Are items dispatched together or in separate packages?

In most cases, we try to ship out all the items of the order together. However, in a few cases, this might not be the case.

10. What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a title that hasn't yet been released by the Publisher. We state the publishing date on every webpage. Your order will be shipped on the release date stated on the product detail page.

11. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request to cancel your order with us if your order has yet not shipped from our warehouse. If your order has shipped, and you have requested to cancel the order, we will try and rearrange delivery to our warehouse and issue you a full refund. But even if the delivery is not rescheduled and the order is delivered to you please do not worry since we offer 15 days of FREE returns on all your purchases. 12. Can I cancel a pre-order?

We can cancel Pre-orders provided they haven't already shipped.

13. Do prices include tax/VAT?

For all domestic orders i.e. with a delivery address within the UAE, the prices shown on the Website are final and include any local VAT (Value-Added Tax) or sales tax which we may be required to charge.
