Currently, we offer two shipping options, Regular and Fast Shipping. The cost and delivery timelines of both options are mentioned on every product detail page. However, please note that these timelines are provided for general guidance purposes only. We take every necessary step to fulfill the orders within the timeframe but in a few cases, there might be a delay in fulfilling your orders. Further, our shipping carrier may contact you to deliver your order. If you are non-contactable or there is an issue with the delivery address you provided while placing an order, there might be a delay in delivering your order which will not be attributable to us.
Also, in some cases where orders are placed from remote areas, the delivery timelines are longer than shown on the product detail page. Kindly contact us if you are ordering from a remote area to know your exact delivery timelines.
We offer free regular shipping on all the products but on some of the products we may be offering a fast shipping option for which an extra cost may be added, if chosen by you. The cost and timelines of the fast shipping option may differ for every product that you order. Once your order is packed and shipped out we will send you the tracking information of your order on your email id used while placing an order with us.
This is a special shipping service available on lots of our products on the product details page. This service provides our fastest delivery option which is available to our customers at NO EXTRA COST. You will not be required to buy any membership or pay any subscription cost to avail this service. The products tagged with TURBO are shipped to the customers within 2-3 business days from the order date. We will keep adding more and more products to this service so our customers can take benefit of the fastest delivery option on majority of the products at no extra cost.
