To keep the Portal open, the Angel must father the Begotten on a virgin bride Time is the End. To raise the Queen of the Damned, Lastus needs the blood of the girl who bears the Begotten. Nyon is the virgin bride. And everybody else wants her dead for a good reason-to save the world.
